Leading Digital Asset Management firm is seeking a Relationship Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Develop and expand the client base, including investment institutions, family offices, miners, digital asset natives, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
Establish strong connections with potential major clients to drive sales of digital asset management services and increase assets under management (AUM).
Understand client requirements in-depth and leverage platform products and service capabilities to deliver comprehensive, tailored solutions.
Facilitate seamless collaboration with clients through accurate, timely, and effective communication.
Regularly engage with clients, providing updates on market conditions, investment strategies, and product performance.
Offer guidance and solutions to help clients make informed investment decisions.
Foster long-term relationships with clients and proactively monitor their digital asset investment needs, ensuring high satisfaction and continuous support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the digital asset industry.
Thorough understanding of digital asset management business, including quantitative funds, periodic wealth management, and structured financial products like dual currency.
Preferred candidates with experience serving HNW clients from traditional private banks, venture capital firms, family offices, private equity funds, securities firms, or those with resources or sales experience in digital asset exchanges, miners, or digital asset venture capital firms.
Fundraising sales experience is advantageous.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a high-intensity, high-pressure work environment.
